Intake and Throttle Body V2

Konniciwa!
Just a quick update. i went to see how the intake and throttle body look like after the modifications. I can see that there are still some adjustment to make before the intake can really fit with the cylinder head. So far, all i can say that the job is nicely done by the mechanic. I'm really happy with it. Some pictures for appetizer below :D

New Intake Setup


Hi guys!
I already took out the standard air-box and replace it with a new intake ram. Picture below =D

Picture above shows the new intake setup for my engine. From butt dyno, all i can say that the torque at high rpm is much more better but something that i need to take care of is this setup is not suitable for daily driving since it might suck the unwanted things such as stone and so forth. As a precaution i already put some netting in my cold air intake to prevent stones from sucked into the intake.

4g93 with ITBs

Hi guys.

Last week, my friend and me went to his panel workshop to do wide-band tuning to his engine. When i was waiting for the tuning to finish, i took a look around on the other rides in the workshop but then i spotted a mysterious induction sound at the back of the workshop. Im very curious to know where the sound came from so i went to the back and check on the ride. It came from a 'not so flashy' yellow Proton Satria with 4g93 engine. Then i realized, it is the engine that i spotted couple of months ago when it is still in the building up process. Hell yeah. Now, it's finished! Pictures of the engine bay bellow.






I'm craving for this induction setup. The sound from the ITBs is damn sweet. I have to keep this engine specifications as secrets since i've made a promise with the owner =p

Intake and Throttle Body

Hi!

Got myself a GSR turbo intake and 60mm Throttle body taken from Eterna 6A12 engine.
The reason why i change to GSR intake because of its runner, It is shorter than the 4g93 intake. The port size is bigger too so it will suit my ported and polished engine head. Seriously i can feel the improvements from this upgrade. Great throttle response!!





Already bored the intake mouth to 60mm to match the throttle body. Need to do this because we wont feel any improvements from the oversized throttle body if we don't port match it.
