My Kei Car

Hi guys!

Good day!

Its been ages right since my last post:P

By the way, this entry is about my other ride which is Perodua Axia. This is the first Malaysia's EEV car (Energy Efficient Vehicle). Some pictures below of my cute kei car :

My hand so itchy... so some of the upgrades :P

Buddyclub P1 with Yokohama Parada Spec 2 Tires.............

Ultra Racing Front Bar.......

Below is the engine specification of the car:

For your information, Perodua Axia is developed by Perodua and shares the same platform with Daihatsu Mira E:S, Toyota Agya and Daihatsu Ayla. Pictures below:

Toyota Agya

All i can say that the engine is very good in fuel consumption. The engine performance is quite decent for A segment car. So far I am quite happy with the car.... as the car fit the purpose - fuel efficient city car :)

Stay tune guys... my Proton Satria is still craving for more power! sooooo modification wont stop! I will update the blog from time to time.

Regards!

  1. Hi bro. I have went through your blog. Is very informative. Im noob in modification currently as i own a 4g18p sohc waja. So far the mods been done to my car is having a open pod, lightining the flywheel and installation of exedy racing clucth 5spoke. And for the exhaust system i was planing to change my exhaust manifold to hitech 4-2-1 ss304 that was meant for 4g63 which they said can be modified to fit 4g18. I was advice to install a high cam jasma 280° . Upon going through your blog i notice you were using matspeed cam. Im not sure which reliable and good quality high cam should i use. Need your advice on this.

    1. hi bro. sorry for the late reply. thank for your compliments! on the other hand, there's plenty of modification that you can do with your 4g18 engine. before changing camshaft, it will be much better if you complete the stage first modification. install better header and exhaust system will enhance the engine performance. from y opinion, if you would like to buy locally made camshaft, powerzone or matspeed is the way to go. a bit pricey but it will put smile on your face.
