+8HP After This Small Upgrades?

Hi Guys!

Hope you guys are doing well. Nothing much on today post but I just have to share this video that I found from Youtube. Never realize with such a small upgrade, the engine output can be increased 😲 ???????

I can say that the engine management system do play a role also since Tsuchiya's Hachiroku is using fully programmable ECU (MOTEC) which make the car able to tune and adapt to the new parts. Correct me if I am wrong 😁

Tsuchiya's AE86 Diecast by INNO64

Hi Guys!

Hope you guys are doing well. Today, I would like to share one of my favorite diecast made by INNO64. This diecast is made based on the legendary AE86 driven by the Drift King, Keiichi Tsuchiya. You can read my old posts about him > HERE

I have been following the updates of Tsuchiya-san AE86 and up until now, he is still upgrading his AE86 to be much faster and handle better to compete with the newer sport cars.  Previously the car was using 4AGE motor but currently he is using 7AFE engine block to increase the displacement from 1.6L to 1.8L. Basically most of us call this hybrid motor as 7AGE since it is a mix of 4AGE cylinder head with 7AFE engine block ( just like my engine combination, 4g92 MIVEC cylinder head + 4g93 engine block 😝) By the way back to the topic, below are some pictures of the INNO64 Toyota Sprinter Trueno Ae86 "Drift Car" diecast:

the packaging from INNO is always top notch

superb details as always

Latest Video of his and Orido's AE86:

That's all for today post. You can visit INNO64 Facebook HERE or their website: https://www.inno-models.com. There are lot of cool models produced by them and I will share my other "favorites" diecast from INNO64 in the future post. Till then, have a great day and stay safe!

The Best Post About AE86

Hi Guys!

This is an old post which i came across few years back but I still think i should reshare the story. I have always been a fan of AE86 right after I watched most of Keiichi Tsuchiya's Hot version/Best Motoring racing videos and from reading Initial D manga (comic). Other that that, when my big brother transplanted the legendary 4AGE 20 Valves engine to his Corolla AE101 (yeah not AE86... but still a great car during that time 😍).. my love for AE86 and 4AGE engine keeps on up until now. You can read about the car from this post My Big Bro's Ride

And back to the story... this guy, Larry Chen from Speedhunters, were given the opportunity to shoot a brand new AE86 that has been sitting in a basement for 25 years! such a long time right? and you might think that the car condition will be bad but this will shocked you..... have a look at the link below and you can read the original content there.

See you guys in the next post!

Living Legend

Keiichi Tsuchiya. He's one of my favorite professional racing car driver. He's known as the Drift king or Dorikin for his nontraditional use of drifting in non-drifting race events and his role to popularizing drifting as motorsport. Other than that, he is also known for his ability in mountain pass or touge. Damn. How i wish to meet him in person!

with his kick-ass AE86 aka Hachiroku.

Other than that i also salute his mate who is also in motorsport arena. Manabu Orido. Begin his career as a street racer and then progress to touge racing. Currently he competes in Super GT series for Toyota Team Tsuchiya.

cool huh?

A video of them. Battling with each other.
